Exchange Policy
At Sadaatsilko, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your clothing item doesn’t fit or does not meet expectations, you may request an exchange under the policy below.
1. Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange:

Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchange is only allowed for size, color, or product (no refunds).
2. Items NOT Eligible for Exchange
We cannot accept exchanges for:

Used, washed, perfumed, stained, altered, or damaged items
-
Items without original tags or polybag
-
Unstitched fabric once opened
-
Customized clothing (alterations, made-to-order, or personalized items)
-
Sale/discounted items
-
Accessories, undergarments, scarves/hijabs, or other hygiene-sensitive products
3. Exchange Process
Step 1 – Submit a Request
Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email within 3 days and provide:

Order number

Photos/videos of the product
-
Reason for exchange
Step 2 – Approval
Once your request is reviewed, our team will confirm if the item qualifies for exchange.
Step 3 – Send Back the Product
You must send the product back to us through any courier service of your choice.
✔️ Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
Step 4 – Replacement Dispatch
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send your exchanged product.
Delivery time depends on courier availability.
4. What Can You Exchange For?
You may exchange for:

Another size
-
Another color
-
A different article of equal or higher value
(Price difference must be paid if the product is more expensive.)
5. If You Receive a Wrong or Defective Item
If you received:

The wrong size
-
The wrong product
-
A defective or damaged item
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear video proof, and we will arrange free replacement.
6. Important Notes

We do not offer refunds — only exchanges.

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

If the requested replacement is out of stock, you may choose another product or receive store credit.

Exchange processing may take 3–7 working days depending on stock and courier timing.
